Bronx Boxing ensures high-output and low-barrier sessions. Led by qualified coaches who value technique over gym trends, we teach you everything from foundational footwork to power punching. It’s a mixed-level environment where beginners and seasoned hitters get pushed to their limits.

60 MINute conditioning

From the first bell to the final stretch, we don't waste a second.

You’ll navigate a pro-style timeline: an intense warm-up, technical partner drills, and relentless bag work, all capped off with a gruelling 10-minute finisher.​

mIXED cLASSES

 Our sessions bring together everyone from all walks of life with one shared goal: improvement.

It’s a high-energy, non-contact environment where the atmosphere is inclusive.

​You’ll rotate through shadowboxing, partner skills, and bag drills to learn boxing from every angle. Our coaches prioritise technical education. You get the skill without the ego of competition.

​Every session ends with a strength and conditioning finisher. Harness the knowledge; build the stamina to back it up.
