The OG of boxing sessions. BoxBronx is our signature session which covers everything from classic combos and power punching to fanciful footwork and gruelling groundwork as well as everything in between. You can expect shadowboxing, bagwork, partner drills and padwork allowing you to experience boxing from every angle. Whilst we are serious about teaching 'real boxing' there's nothing boring about our sessions with each of our qualified and experienced coaches strike the perfect balance between educating and entertaining making sure you hit that technique whilst having a damn good time! BoxBronx is a non-contact session, suitable for all levels, allowing you to learn everything you need to know about the noble art without any pressure of competing. All of BoxBronx sessions round up with a strength and conditioning finisher so as well harnessing the knowledge behind boxing you'll also build the stamina to back it up. The session: 5 mins warm up, 40 mins general boxing workout, focusing on a wide range of skills and drills, 10 mins circuit, 5 mins stretch. All levels welcome. Mixed men and women.
