What’s the Training Like?
Our Fightclub sessions are designed to develop you physically, technically and mentally, giving you a real taste of what it means to box.
You’ll train at our gym in the heart of Camberwell, with a strong focus on skill development. From footwork and punch technique to defence, strategy and ring IQ, every session is built to improve your ability and confidence.
Expect technical coaching, controlled sparring and real-time feedback to help you progress. You’ll be challenged at the right level, with sessions designed to push you while keeping things safe and structured.
For those who want to go further, additional sessions are available to build fitness, endurance and overall performance.
You’ll be coached by experienced fighters who know exactly what it takes, guiding you every step of the way, whether it’s your first time in the ring or not.

FIGHT NIGHT
This is what it all builds towards.
You’ll walk out to your chosen track, through a crowd of friends and family, all there to back you. The lights are on, the noise is building, and everything you’ve worked for is right in front of you.
Heart racing. Adrenaline high. No turning back.
You step through the ropes and into the ring, ready to put it all on the line. Three rounds later, it’s a blur of action, effort and focus, until suddenly it’s over, and you’re stood in the centre of the ring, waiting.
Win, lose or draw, the result almost doesn’t matter. You’ve done something most people never will.
The referee raises a hand. The crowd erupts. You embrace your opponent, respect earned.
And as you step out of the ring, exhausted but buzzing, one thing’s certain: You’ll never forget it.
