The weight is over! Time to find your inner strength and unleash the Strongyal within as we learn to lift in this loaded women's weight's session. We'll cover technique and form on how to lift heavy as well as pushing you through the bodyweight basics. Think deadlifts, dumbells, squats and sit ups...and no lifting weight's won't make you bulky - but it will make you strong! The session: 10 mins warm up, 40 minutes weightlifting workout focusing on building strength, toning muscles and learning to lift, 10 mins stretch. All levels welcome, women only.
