WHAT TO EXPECT

ONE FOR THE QUEENS! Women's only boxing session where every woman is welcome! You'll learn correct boxing technique whilst burning fat, toning muscles and having the best banter you've ever had from a gym with a group of like minded women all fighting to find the baddest version of themselves - look no further! The session: 5 mins warm up, 40 mins general boxing workout, focusing on a wide range of skills and drills, 10 mins circuit, 5 mins stretch. All levels welcome, women only.
