Women's only boxing session where every woman is welcome! You'll learn correct boxing technique whilst burning fat, toning muscles and having the best banter you've ever had from a gym with a group of like minded women all fighting to find the baddest version of themselves - look no further! The session: 5 mins warm up, 40 mins general boxing workout, focusing on a wide range of skills and drills, 10 mins circuit, 5 mins stretch. All levels welcome, women only.
