About the event
The experience will include a 45 minute boxing blast, whilst we dance, move and shake to a high energy female fuelled playlist, before we swiftly move on to enjoy a buffet of croissants, fresh fruits, pastries and chocolate, only to wash it all down with a cold crisp bubbly Prosecco to keep the vibes, drinks and laughter flowing!This event isn't about fitness it's about bringing incredible women together, having an unforgettable time and reminding you just how powerful you are! With the vibes, energy and atmosphere we promise you'll laugh as much as you sweat, all whilst meeting a whole group of like-minded, amazing, women to build connections with that extend far beyond the boxing.
