Designed by boxers, but built for everyone, this strength and conditioning functional fitness workout combines a range of body weight exercises, kettlebells, medicine balls and machines to give you a full body workout that hits every muscle. Whether the goal is to enhance performance in the ring or just enhance your body - this session will undoubtedly build endurance, agility, and power. 10 MINS WARM UP 40 CIRCUIT 10 MINS STRETCH All levels welcome. Mixed men and women.
