Marnie Swindells

Starting boxing at the age of 17, Marnie then moved to London a year later for university

where she continued to box at Double Jab ABC. for the next 6 years she competed, coached

and promoted boxing. Winning gold at Harringay Box Cup, as well as being an award

nominated coach, Marnie strives for high energy boxing classes where people can get a

good sweat on, learn the correct boxing technique, meet great people and have a great

laugh. ‘If the work out doesn’t give you abs, the laughs will’.
